Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached).
- Include original packaging and any included accessories.
- Accompany a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at modaciel@aol.com to initiate your return.
- If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Package your item securely and follow the provided shipping guidelines.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at modaciel@aol.com . We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders).
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply:
- Return the original item (following the steps above).
- Place a new order for your desired item once the return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your purchase for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria above.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days .
- Allow additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the refund (up to 7 business days).
